MG Motorsport Ltd is a family business founded in 1990 initially to service, restore and supply parts for MGB and MGCs. This soon became racing focused over time as more customers wanted MGB historic racers built to FIA specification. We will be finishing our 60th of these cars this Spring. We have also built MGC Sebring Replicas for 35 years and having the “Works” cars in our workshop at various times makes this possible.
Today, as always, we build all our engines, differentials and gearboxes “In House” as well as the bodywork and all mechanical work for our cars. It helps that we are a British Motor Heritage Specialist thereby having access to MGB body parts.
Also, we have commissioned the manufacture of MGB SCCR gear sets complete with new Baulk Rings to ensure we have an uninterrupted supply. The rings in particular have undergone many months of R&D to optimise their action.
The quality of our workmanship is of prime importance to us as well as to our customers as can be seen in our many cars racing with Equipe.
