Answers for buyers, sellers and hirers — from searching the Marketplace to creating a listing, making a payment and managing your account.
Browse with confidence
Use the Marketplace filters to narrow listings by type, make, series, location, price and the details that matter to the item you are looking for.
What can I find on Equipe Marketplace?
Marketplace listings can include Cars, Race Cars, Trailers, Race Trucks, Trucks, Motorhomes, Support Vehicles, Car Parts and Race Car Hire.
How do I find a particular type of item?
Start by selecting a Listing Type. The search filters will then adapt automatically, showing only the fields that are relevant to that category. You can then refine results by details such as make, race series, location, price, capacity, accommodation or condition.
Can I buy a vehicle or item through Equipe Marketplace checkout?
No. Marketplace checkout is for the cost of advertising a listing only. Buyers and sellers arrange enquiries, viewings, payment, collection and delivery directly with one another.
Does Equipe Marketplace guarantee the condition of an item?
Listings are reviewed before publication, but buyers should always carry out their own checks, inspections and due diligence before agreeing a purchase, hire arrangement or transfer of funds.
Create a clear, useful listing
A well-presented listing is easier for buyers to find and much more likely to generate relevant enquiries.
Do I need a Marketplace account to create a listing?
Yes. Create a free Marketplace account first. It allows you to submit a listing, complete the listing payment, receive your receipt and manage your advert afterwards.
What can I list for sale or hire?
You can create listings for Cars, Race Cars, Trailers, Race Trucks, Trucks, Motorhomes, Support Vehicles, Car Parts and Race Car Hire. Choose the most accurate type when you start, as the upload form will reveal the fields that apply to it.
Can I edit my listing after it has been submitted?
Yes. Sign into your Marketplace account to review and manage your own listings. Keep the title, price, images and description up to date so buyers receive accurate information.
What makes a good Marketplace listing?
Use a clear title, an accurate asking price or POA, recent high-quality photographs and a straightforward description. Include the key specification, condition, location and any important information a buyer would need before making contact.
What happens after you submit
The listing flow is designed to keep Marketplace adverts consistent and suitable for the Equipe audience.
What happens after I submit a listing?
After the listing payment has been completed, your advert is submitted to the Equipe team for review. It remains pending until it has been checked and approved for publication.
How is the listing payment handled?
Card payment is completed on the hosted Takepayments payment page. Equipe Marketplace does not store your card details within the Marketplace listing system.
Will I receive a receipt after paying?
Yes. Once a payment has been confirmed, a payment confirmation email and PDF receipt are sent to the listing contact email and the email linked to your Marketplace account.
Why is my listing not live yet?
A paid listing is not published automatically. It must first be reviewed by the Equipe team. Listings may be held where information, images, category selection or suitability needs to be clarified.
What should I do if my payment does not complete?
Return to your Marketplace account, review the listing and try the payment again. If the issue continues, contact Equipe with the listing title and the email address used for the account.
Your account keeps everything together
Use your Marketplace account to create listings, check their payment and approval status, and keep your advert information current.
I cannot sign in to my Marketplace account. What should I do?
Use the password reset option on the Marketplace sign-in page. Check the inbox and spam folder for the reset email, and make sure you are using the same email address that was used to create the account.
Where can I see my listing status?
Sign into your Marketplace account and open your seller dashboard. It shows your listings and their current status, including draft, payment pending, pending review, approved/live, expired or sold.
How can I report a problem with a listing?
Please contact Equipe with the listing title or URL and a clear explanation of the issue. The team can then review the listing and take any appropriate action.
